Job summary

Tiong Woon Crane & Transport Pte Ltd in Singapore invites an experienced Crewing Executive to join our maritime operations team. You will manage crew administration, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance for vessels you oversee.

Key tasks include handling crew certificates expiry, visa processing, payroll liaison, and coordination with third-party Manning Agencies to deploy crews efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as crewing executive or boarding officer for tug/AHTS.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
• Meticulous, proactive with a positive attitude.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle administration to monitor expiry of crew certificates and licenses.
• Assist in updating crew manning status for tug and barge.
• Process inward/outward port clearances via Marinet for vessels.
• Coordinate ICA clearances and visa/documents for crew.
• Arrange crew change, sign-ons/offs, and transfers.
• Prepare documents and invitation letters for crew visa applications.
• Manage payroll-related tasks and salary disbursement for crew.
• Update vessel certificates in Marinet system and flag status.
