HK SEATRANS PTE. LTD. is seeking a crew administrator to support the crewing department for seagoing personnel in Singapore. You will handle employment administration, review payroll, and maintain vessel manning lists and crew rotation schedules.

The role requires coordinating with manning agencies, Masters, port agents, and travel agencies to ensure smooth crew changes, including travel arrangements and endorsements for officers prior to deployment.

Mansioni

• Support the crewing department in employment administration for seagoing personnel.
• Review monthly crew payroll.
• Maintain updated vessel manning lists and monitor crew rotation schedules.
• Coordinate with manning agencies, vessel Masters, port agents, and travel agents for crew changes, especially for foreign waters.
• Arrange crew travel logistics including flight bookings through travel agencies.
• Process Flag State endorsements for officers prior to deployment.
• Conduct pre-joining and post-departure debriefings for officers when required.
• Verify and reconcile port disbursements related to crew changes.
• Review and reconcile monthly vessel accounts prepared by Masters.
• Arrange and coordinate crew wage payments (CTM) as required.
• Assist in verifying crew benefits including leave pay, bonuses, and allowances.
• Maintain and update crew personnel and training records ensuring compliance with certification, medical, visa, and sea-time requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
