Job summary

Qualifications

• GCE O' or A' Level qualification required.
• Maritime Studies, Nautical Studies, Maritime Transportation or related discipline advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine personnel matters for assigned vessels with shipboard teams, port agents and recruitment agencies.
• Plan and arrange crew changes with cost-effective travel and logistics.
• Verify crew certificates and supporting documents are complete and valid for deployment.
• Ensure crewing activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain crew appraisal reports, P&I records and other personnel documentation.
• Process and track invoices related to port services, travel and crew changes.
• Update crew information and records in the ship-management system per procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the crewing team and take on duties from management.
