Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a Crew Coordinator to support ship crewing operations in Singapore. This on-site role is based near Shenton Way and requires 5 days work week.

You will coordinate crew changes, liaise with vessels and port agents, arrange travel, verify documents and maintain records to ensure regulatory compliance. Strong communication and multitasking are essential; 1–2 years maritime experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in ship crewing or maritime operations.
• Experience with any vessel type is welcome; tanker experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate crew changes and crew movements for assigned vessels.
• Liaise with vessels, port agents, manning agencies and other external parties.
• Arrange crew travel, joining and sign-off schedules.
• Check crew certificates, travel documents and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Maintain crew records and update ship management systems.
• Handle crew appraisals, invoices and general administrative duties.
