EXECUTIVE SHIP MANAGEMENT PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a Marketing/Business Development professional with hospitality and marketing experience to support business development for ship management, provisioning, catering, and procurement services across the fleet.

The role emphasizes building client relationships, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and delivering commercial support, quotations, proposals, and reports to global shipowners and vessels.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Maritime Studies, Hospitality Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client relationship management, account servicing, stakeholder engagement, business support or operations coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support business development initiatives and commercial activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate service requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations and client reports.
• Support tender submissions and commercial documentation.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and improve customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate vessel provisioning, victualling, crew welfare, accommodation and transportation as required.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and client feedback on catering standards and service quality.
• Prepare regular commercial and operational reports and assist invoicing/documentation processes.
