Job summary

ENCASA ASIA EMPLOYMENT SERVICES LLP in Singapore seeks a dynamic Sales/Business Development professional to grow the ship supplier business. You will develop new customers, manage key accounts, negotiate pricing and terms, and coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Finance to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Fluency in Chinese and English is required to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Chinese & English to liaise with Chinese-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and business opportunities focusing on ship owners and managers.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Finance for orders and delivery.
• Monitor sales performance and provide updates to Management.
• Attend client meetings and networking events as required.
