The role focuses on planning voyages, supervising crew, maintaining regulatory compliance, and driving safe, efficient cargo operations across fleets. Qualifications

• At least 5 years in fleet/vessel operations, supervisory or managerial role.
• Certificate of Competency Class 2 or above (Deck), recognised by MPA Singapore.
• Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate vessel operations to support safe and efficient voyages.
• Monitor vessel performance, resource utilisation and cargo operations.
• Ensure vessels comply with statutory requirements and applicable maritime regulations.
• Oversee crew deployment, interviews, onboarding and competency development.
• Conduct safety inspections and support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Monitor navigational safety and pollution prevention requirements.
• Ensure implementation of ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW and other relevant standards.
• Assist in voyage planning and optimise operational efficiency and cargo utilisation.
