Job summary

LEE HUAT YAP KEE & CO PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, vetting inspections, and onboard crew oversight. The role emphasizes adherence to ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and related standards while coordinating surveys and training programs.

You will manage safe cargo operations, incident investigations, and mentoring initiatives to build a competent maritime team onboard and ashore.

Qualifications

• Certificate of competency of Class 2 or above (Deck) recognised by MPA Singapore.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Familiarity with ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS and other maritime regulations.
• ISM/SPS or ISO Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with tankers preferred.
