Job summary

LHYK MARINE PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Specialist to ensure vessels comply with global regulations and certifications. You will coordinate vetting inspections, onboard crew interviews, and onboarding, while identifying training needs and supporting competency development.

You will maintain ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL compliance and lead safety initiatives, audits and incident investigations to improve efficiency and safety across tanker operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate of competency to Class 2 or above (Deck) recognised by MPA Singapore.
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Familiarity with ISM, MARPOL, SOLAS and other maritime regulations.
• ISM/ISPS or ISO Lead Auditor certification is an advantage.
• Experience working with tankers preferred.

• Support voyage planning and maximize efficiency and cargo utilization.
• Monitor resource allocation and utilization for optimal operational support.
