Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years' Navigation System servicing and coordination in marine industry preferred.
• Good customer and service coordination work experience.
• Working location at Tuas Area, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers, dealers, Service Engineers, and internal teams.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment and system issues, escalating complex matters to the Technical Team Leader or Technical Manager when required.
• Support technical inquiries related to products, services, maintenance, and repairs.
• Assist with onboard vessel attendance, site visits, Navigation System equipment inspections, testing, and commissioning activities when required.
• Maintain and update technical records, service bulletins, manuals, and work instructions.
• Distribute technical updates and manufacturer service bulletins to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and maintenance records.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in a safe and orderly condition.
• Respond to technical inquiries from customers and dealers promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators and Service Engineers to support service delivery.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Technical Team Leader or Technical Manager.
• Comply with company policies, manufacturer requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Follow safe work practices and participate in safety initiatives and training.
• Report quality, technical, and safety concerns promptly.
• Perform ad hoc duties and projects assigned by Management.
