Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and fax, with timely follow-up and resolution.
• Prepare and issue quotations and process job orders (JOP).
• Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize customer service requests.
• Coordinate with field service engineers, subcontractors and customers to meet timelines.
• Maintain service records and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide updates and reports to the Service Manager and Lead Coordinator.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and maintenance.
• Assist with customer audits and inspections with supporting documents.
