Provide crew with HSSEQ policy documentation.

Support the Crewing Department's daily operations.

Help the HSE Manager with daily Marine and HSE tasks.
Take on the role of Purchase Executive's Backup by overseeing the Purchase function for one fleet vessel.
To guarantee adherence to global regulations and commercial viability, keep an eye on PSC inspections and deficiencies and communicate with pertinent parties.
Combine the fleet that the company manages' deficiencies in PSC, FSI, and right ships.
Assist in the day-to-day management of fleet vehicles and take accountability for the economical, secure, and effective functioning of the vessels
Help with documentation maintenance and, in certain situations, see to it that thorough files are established for upcoming records.
Help with, guarantee accurate accounting of all costs, and keep an eye on the HSE-related operating budget.
Keep track of, oversee, and guarantee that all preventive and corrective measures are taken and carried out.
Overall supervisor of every HSSEQ issue and concern on board.
Create, implement, and maintain the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
