Job summary

Qualifications

• HSE leadership and incident investigation expertise.
• Experience in vessel operations, crew management and dry-docking.
• Familiar with SIRE inspections, Class surveys, and Flag State inspections.
• Proven ability to plan inspections and supervise maintenance plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSE section and investigate marine-related incidents.
• Gather and analyse information, prepare investigation reports, recommend corrective actions.
• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely implementation.
• Plan weekly vessel visits and participate in shipboard meetings and drills.
