Job summary

Kanry Search is seeking a Manufacturing Technician (ALSI) in Singapore to support daily production on the Yishun site. You will work on the production floor and help resolve manufacturing issues, perform checks on equipment, and assist with engineering builds and NPI.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in semiconductor manufacturing, hands-on electrical wiring and equipment maintenance experience, and can read electrical diagrams. This position offers a completion bonus and night-shift pay.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting or manufacturing support.
• Able to perform basic electrical troubleshooting and identify equipment or process-related issues.
• Able to read and understand basic electrical diagrams, schematics, work instructions, and technical documents.
• Willing to work hands-on on the production floor and support troubleshooting activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production activities and help resolve manufacturing issues on the production floor.
• Perform routine checks on equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with engineering builds, product trials, New Product Introduction (NPI), and product transfer activities.
• Collect and record production and process data for monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers in troubleshooting process or production issues and carrying out corrective actions.
• Assist with engineering changes and ensure related manufacturing documents are updated.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records, and production reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to support manufacturing requirements.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and manufacturing procedures.

Key responsibilities
