Job summary

Kanry Search Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an Assembly Technician to assemble semiconductor equipment and modules at our Eunos Techpark facility in Singapore. The role involves reading drawings, following BOMs, wiring, cabling and performing basic electrical checks. Overtime is available and a 14-day annual leave is provided.

The successful candidate will have hands-on mechanical assembly experience, be able to read engineering drawings and be a reliable team player with good time management.

Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, machine building or related assembly.
• Able to read engineering drawings, BOMs and work instructions.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, wiring or pneumatic components.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Assemble semiconductor equipment, modules and parts based on drawings, BOMs and work instructions.
• Read and follow mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, schematics and assembly instructions.
• Install frames, panels, brackets, covers, sensors and control boxes.
• Route and connect cables, wire harnesses, tubing and fittings.
• Perform basic electrical checks and visual inspections.
• Assemble modules into complete equipment or systems.
• Use the correct parts, tools and torque requirements.
• Report differences between drawings, BOMs and actual assembly conditions.
• Support troubleshooting, rework and corrective actions when required.
• Complete assembly records and checklists accurately.

Basic Salary: SGD 2,300 – SGD 3,000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (8am-5:30pm)

Key responsibilities

• Assemble semiconductor equipment, modules, and parts based on drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Read and follow mechanical drawings, electrical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Install frames, panels, brackets, covers, sensors, control boxes, and other components.
• Route and connect cables, wire harnesses, tubing, hoses, and fittings.
• Perform basic electrical checks, continuity checks, and visual inspections.
• Assemble individual modules into complete equipment or systems.
• Use the correct parts, tools, and torque requirements during assembly.
• Report any differences between drawings, BOMs, and actual assembly conditions.
• Support troubleshooting, rework, and corrective actions when required.
• Complete assembly records and checklists accurately.

About you

• Experience in semiconductor equipment, machine building, automation, industrial machinery, or equipment assembly is preferred.
• Able to read engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical assembly, wiring, cables, or pneumatic components is an advantage.
• Responsible, self‑motivated, and able to work well in a team.
• Good attention to detail and time management skills.
