Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform machine calibration, setup, validation and testing on semiconductor packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to improve yield and manufacturing performance.
• Support process qualification, validation and continuous process improvement.
• Assist in developing and enhancing manufacturing processes, tooling and work instructions.
• Ensure fixtures, jigs and documentation are maintained for production.
• Analyse manufacturing data and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Process Engineers to achieve production and quality targets.

Job description

Basic Salary: $3,100 - $4,200/month
Location: Central Singapore
Working Schedule: Normal Shift during training, thereafter choose either:

• Shift 2: 2:45pm – 11:15pm (+$10 Shift Allowance/day)

• Shift 3: 10:45pm – 7:15am (+$15 Shift Allowance/day)
