Job summary

Kanry Search in Singapore is seeking a Technician (NPI Department) to support daily manufacturing operations, assist in resolving production issues, and participate in New Product Introduction activities.

The role requires hands-on experience in assembly or testing, basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, and the ability to work in AM and PM shifts; AWS, aVB, and 12 days annual leave are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec / Higher Nitec / Certificate in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Experience in Assembly, Testing, NPI, Manufacturing, or Technician roles preferred.
• Hands-on Assembly or Test Technician experience encouraged.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work on AM and PM shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve production/process issues.
• Perform equipment, tooling, and process checks to ensure smooth production operations.
• Support NPI, engineering builds, product trials, testing, and product transfer activities.
• Collect and monitor production and process data for analysis and reporting.
• Assist Manufacturing Engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Support engineering and process changes and ensure manufacturing documents are updated.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions, checklists, process records, and manufacturing reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing and 5S activities.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support manufacturing objectives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company procedures.

TECHNICIAN (NPI DEPARTMENT)

Basic Salary: up to SGD 2,700
Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus (VB) + 12 Days Annual Leave

Working Days: Monday – Friday, Shift (Rotation)
Working Hours:

• AM Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• PM Shift: 11:15 PM – 8:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations and assist in resolving production and process-related issues.

• Perform equipment, tooling, and process checks to ensure smooth production operations.
