TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Coordination professional in Singapore with 1–3 years of experience. The role requires handling enquiries, processing orders, maintaining records, and coordinating with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery.

Ideal candidates will have a diploma or equivalent qualification, strong Excel skills, and a knack for cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'A' Level or a Diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or related functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and sales record keeping.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise with customers on sales enquiries, orders, delivery schedules and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer requests promptly.
• Process orders and maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Monitor order status and follow up with departments for timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Work with production, quality control and logistics to support requirements.
• Prepare and update sales reports and order tracking records.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales data in Excel.
• Assist in coordinating delivery arrangements and updating customers.
• Support the sales team with daily admin and coordination tasks.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other sales coordination duties as assigned.
