Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to be the primary contact for customers and the factory, coordinating program delivery schedules and resolving constraints that affect on-time manufacturing. You will lead the program team, review ECO changes, address material shortages, arrange shipment for open orders, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

A degree in engineering, PMP certification, 5+ years in manufacturing project management, plus advanced Excel and strong

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related qualification.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing.
PMP certification is required.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Communicate and align with customer and factory on the program delivery schedule.
Ensure closure for quality-related issues with factory and customer.
Review ECO changes and update the associated BOM to the latest revision.
Lead the program team to address order material shortages so production stays on schedule.
Arrange shipment for Open Orders to meet customer needs.
Communicate End of Life (EOL) items to customers to finalize replacements.
Support and participate in the company continuous improvement program.
