Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs, manage timelines, resources and budgets to hit production, quality and delivery targets. Responsibilities

Manage program timelines, resources and budgets to meet production, quality and delivery targets.
Coordinate Engineering, Production, Supply Chain and Quality teams.
Lead new product introduction (NPI), manufacturing readiness and production ramp-up.
Manage customer requirements, program updates and issue resolution.
Resolve production, supply chain and quality challenges, and mitigate risks.
Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Lead the program team to achieve performance targets.
