Job summary

VDL ETG Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional to assist Program Managers of assigned customer accounts. You will help ensure on-time delivery by coordinating documentation, shipments, and returns, and by keeping stakeholders informed.

You will monitor consignments, assist with ECO/BOM changes, maintain program trackers, and support continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and good communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrator in the manufacturing industry.
• Relevant engineering qualification or diploma is required.
• Strong problem-solving and detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Program Managers of assigned customer accounts to meet product delivery and program deliverables.
• Arrange documentation for product shipments to customers and returns of materials to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and track customer consignments and feed back to PM to assign projects and maintain receipt of materials.
• Assist in executing customer ECO and BOM changes to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain and update trackers related to program deliverables to ensure all information and approvals are in place.
• Support other program administrative tasks as assigned by program managers.
• Download and validate OTD reports from the customer portal against shipment records for PM analysis.
