Job summary

VDL Enabling Technologies Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Program Manager specialized in Engineering Change Management to lead change initiatives across engineering, production and supply chain, ensuring changes are implemented on time and in control.

You will coordinate with customers, internal teams, and ERP data control, assess risks, document activities, and maintain traceability. A bachelor’s in engineering and proven PM/change management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and PM/change management experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact point with customer for all engineering/configuration changes.
• Coordinate with customer to establish critical path and dates for changes.
• Assess impact of change requests and implement or counter-propose as needed.
• Coordinate changes in production and supply chain.
• Execute changes via internal change control system and update ERP.
• Identify long-lead items and discuss mitigations with customer.
• Plan with Program Managers to determine timelines and constraints.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability.
