DURKEE ASIA PACIFIC PTE. LTD. is seeking an Order Coordinator (Manufacturing) to manage customer orders from ERP entry through delivery. You will review orders, coordinate production planning, and liaise with procurement and logistics to ensure on-time fulfillment.

The role requires Mandarin proficiency, ERP experience, and strong organization in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Collaboration with Sales, Production, and Warehouse is essential to success.

Formación

• Bachelor's/ Diploma in a related discipline.
• At least 3 years in order coordination or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Familiar with ERP/CRM systems (SAP S/4HANA, Dynamics, Oracle NetSuite).
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Mandarin communication with stakeholders and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Receive and process customer orders in the ERP system.
• Review order details including specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Production Planners to schedule manufacturing and monitor progress.
