Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, sales coordination, or supply chain operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to manage dynamic schedules and priorities.
• Effective communication skills in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders and coordinate full order fulfilment from placement to payment.
• Handle after-sales matters and coordinate with suppliers, factories and internal teams.
• Oversee import/export operations and ensure smooth customs clearance and on-time delivery.
• Manage trade settlements and documentation (L/C, O/A) and timely payments.
• Coordinate logistics: freight booking, insurance, and customs declarations, shipment execution.
• Prepare regular reports and data analyses on delivery performance, receivables and expenses.
