Job summary

trust recruit pte. ltd. seeks an HR leader to oversee the Singapore HR team, ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations and services. The role emphasizes coaching, capability building and operational excellence across HR functions.

You will partner with business leaders on organisational design, workforce planning and talent strategies, while ensuring compliance with the Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin or related field.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience with 3 years in leadership/supervision.
• Manufacturing industry experience essential, high-volume environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Hong Kong? Singapore? HR team to deliver daily HR ops.
• Coach, mentor and develop HR team members to build capabilities.
• Oversee payroll governance, HR administration and lifecycle processes.
• Lead compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Serve as HRBP to client groups and advise on org design and planning.
• Drive workforce analytics and present trends to leadership.
