The role tracks attendance, working hours, and movement; liaises with HR for recruitment, permits, and welfare matters. It also covers accommodation, transport, and on-site visits, including night shifts when required.

This full-time position follows a 5-day work week and emphasizes diligent reporting and site support.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating deployment of workers across multiple sites is preferred.
• Strong communication with HR and field teams.
• Ability to manage welfare and logistical needs for workers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate deployment of workers to construction sites based on project timelines.
• Track daily attendance, working hours, and movement of workers across sites (liaise with HR).
• Manage and update manpower records and reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Coordinate with HR for recruitment, work permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Support worker welfare and handle worker-related issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
• Assist in arranging accommodation, transport, and other logistics for workers.
• Visit work sites or dormitories as needed, including night visits.
