Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Workplace Strategy Manager (Mandarin Speaker) in Singapore to drive policy, planning, and program management across Workplace and Corporate Services. You will partner with regional teams, guide data-driven initiatives, and help optimize real estate, catering, security, and related services.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, bilingual English and Mandarin proficiency, and a track record in cross-regional programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with experience collaborating with or managing teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Solid project or program management experience, with a strong understanding of cross-regional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role will collaborate closely with R&D stakeholders based in China.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Policy Research and Assessment: Research policies, identify gaps, and propose practical solutions.
• Policy Development: Create data- and evidence-based policies and initiatives.
• Strategic Planning and Performance Monitoring: Help regional teams define KPIs and management reports.
• Business Partnership and Advisory: Advise cross-functional teams and leadership on scalable solutions.
• Product Development and System Optimization: Gather requirements, design solutions, and drive digitalization in Workplace and Corporate Services.
• Data Management and Impact Assessment: Use analytics to measure policy effectiveness and monitor programs.
• Project Management: Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and reviews of projects.
• Change Management: Lead transformation with training and ongoing support.
