Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Partner Operations Manager to oversee partner and service performance. Based in Singapore or APAC options, you will lead cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality community support and operational excellence.

You will coordinate with Quality, Workforce Planning, and Training, while driving improvements and reporting to senior leadership. Travel across regions is required as needed, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and data-driven

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years in customer service or operations with 5+ years in partner management/BPO.
Proven track record of improving partner and regional performance.
Experience deploying resources for real-time crisis management.
Experience in data analysis and reporting to identify performance trends.
Ability to translate strategy into concrete actions for partners.
Willingness to travel across Europe, APAC and NA.

Responsibilities

Own holistic performance of a partner or service and ensure high-quality support.
Enable and oversee operational environment for partners and services to ensure quality.
Prioritize high-impact areas aligned with company strategy.
Collaborate with Quality, Workforce Planning, Training to derive insights.
Act as single point of contact across Delivery and CS.
Present and report performance and progress to leadership.
Hold partners accountable for Airbnb goals.
Own end-to-end adoption of new initiatives and changes.
Collaborate with BPI, PMO, Product on launches to improve delivery.
Support regional market needs and engage with market managers.
