Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer service or operations
• 5+ years in partner management/BPO environment
• Experience in driving performance with partners
• Data analysis and reporting to identify trends
• Translating big-picture goals into concrete actions
• Willingness to travel (Europe, APAC, NA)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with BTS/BPI/PMO and product launches (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operationalization for partners/services/languages
• Enable and oversee a strong operational environment for partners
• Present and report performance to leadership
• Hold partners accountable for delivering Airbnb goals
• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with regional market needs and market managers
• Coordinate with internal functions to launch initiatives and mitigate risks
• Ensure alignment with Global CS Delivery
