• Familiar with EOR, third-party dispatch, and BPO.
• Strong ability to synthesize policies from multiple countries.
• English as working language; communicate with overseas legal teams.

Responsibilities

• Research overseas employment models and compliance for contractor, EOR, outsourcing, and hiring scenarios.
• Coordinate with overseas legal teams, law firms, and regional units to identify risks.
• Track labor law, taxation, data compliance, and workforce regulation updates in key countries.
• Translate compliance requirements into internal SOPs and workflows for standardization.
• Build an overseas employment risk library to support policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Security to build a global workforce governance system.
• Participate in overseas employment projects including supplier evaluations, staffing models, risk remediation, training.
