Job summary
MTC CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to drive sales across Singapore and the SEA region, focusing on data centre infrastructure.
You will identify opportunities, build partnerships with end users, consultants, EPCs, and government agencies, and lead commercial negotiations. The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in SEA sales, and fluency in Mandarin and English.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in SEA.
- Experience in data centre industry and electrical systems preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies across Singapore and the SEA region, with a focus on data centre sector.
- Identify target market segments and formulate strategic plans to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with end users, consultants, EPC contractors, government agencies, and industry partners.
- Expand the sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new opportunities and strategic projects.
- Lead commercial discussions, negotiate contracts, and close sales for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to support strategic decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
