Job summary

OPTIMAS CAPITAL MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a senior sales professional to support end-to-end sales of the firm's fund products to institutional investors, HNWIs, and family offices across Greater China and Asia.

You will prepare client materials and coordinate with internal teams. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in financial services sales, with a proven track record and strong Mandarin and English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of relevant sales experience in financial services, asset management, or corporate banking.
• Proven track record in sales and business development with strong results orientation.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; other Asian languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to enquiries from prospective and existing clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare high-quality presentation materials, product proposals, RFPs, and other client-facing materials.
• Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate and fulfil client requirements effectively.
• Support the planning and organisation of local seminars, client events, and other business development activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients to identify business opportunities and support revenue growth.

Key Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of relevant sales experience within the financial services industry, asset management, or corporate banking.
• Proven track record in sales and business development, with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Strong client orientation with excellent service mindset and the ability to understand, anticipate, and gather client needs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• A collaborative team player who is also able to work independently and proactively.
• Flexible, resilient, highly organised, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
