Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a high-growth organisation to appoint a Senior Manager, Total Rewards. This is a newly scoped opportunity with a broad regional remit, offering the successful individual the opportunity to shape and elevate the organisation’s Total Rewards strategy as the business continues to grow.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this is a highly strategic and design-led role responsible for architecting the organisation’s overarching Total Rewards framework. The remit encompasses compensation philosophy and structures, market benchmarking, bonus and sales incentive design, benefits, wellbeing and recognition. Working closely with regional HR teams, the successful candidate will establish consistent reward principles and frameworks whilst ensuring sufficient flexibility to respond to local market and regulatory requirements.
A significant focus of the role will be building a robust and competitive compensation architecture. You will develop salary structures, pay ranges, job levelling and broader reward principles, while leading benchmarking and market analysis to ensure the organisation remains well positioned to attract and retain talent. You will also oversee the annual salary review and pay-positioning cycle, providing data-led recommendations to senior leadership and advising on the reward implications of organisation design, new positions, promotions and offers.
Beyond core compensation, you will play a critical role in designing and evolving the organisation’s bonus and sales incentive frameworks. Partnering closely with senior business stakeholders, you will develop incentive structures that effectively connect performance with commercial outcomes. This will include payout modelling, scenario and affordability analysis, performance metrics, funding mechanisms, payout curves and plan governance. You will also assess the ongoing effectiveness of these programmes, ensuring they continue to encourage the right behaviours as the organisation evolves.
The role will additionally lead the strategic development of benefits, wellbeing and recognition programmes, creating an offering that is competitive, sustainable and relevant across multiple markets. As a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders, you will ensure strong governance around reward programmes while balancing commercial priorities, employee experience, internal equity and market competitiveness.
The successful candidate will bring 8 to 12 years of relevant Total Rewards and compensation experience, ideally gained within a regional or multi-country environment. Importantly, you will have a strong track record of designing compensation and reward frameworks rather than solely administering established programmes. Demonstrable experience in salary architecture, job levelling, benchmarking and market data analysis will be essential.
You will also bring proven expertise in the design and management of bonus and sales incentive programmes, coupled with strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities. You should be comfortable working closely with business stakeholders on commercial targets, incentive mechanics, payout scenarios and affordability considerations, with a strong understanding of how reward design can influence behaviour and business performance.
Prior experience supporting M&A or integration activities from a reward perspective would be advantageous, particularly involving the harmonisation of compensation, benefits or incentive structures.
This opportunity will suit a commercially astute and highly analytical Total Rewards leader who enjoys building rather than simply maintaining. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving organisation, translating complex data into practical reward strategies and influencing senior stakeholders with credibility. Above all, you will bring the judgement and discretion required to navigate highly sensitive compensation matters while creating reward frameworks that can scale alongside the business.
