Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced Strategy and Planning Lead to drive horizon scanning, enterprise-level planning and senior leadership support.

You will coordinate reports, facilitate meetings, and manage international engagements to stay abreast of global aged-care trends. A strong analytical mindset, exceptional communication, and ability to lead or contribute within cross-functional teams are essential.

Competenze

• Recognised degree in any discipline, preference in Economics or Business Management.
• Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy and planning.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and facilitate senior-level discussions.
• Self-starter with intellectual humility who can flex as an individual contributor, a peer leader, team player and a manager.

• Provide strategic insights through horizon scanning, business analysis and evidence-based research to inform long-term strategic goals and frameworks.

• Business partnering with divisions to advise on business-level strategies, initiatives and outcome measures in alignment with AIC’s strategic objectives
• Develop briefs, talking points and thought pieces for AIC principals’ engagements on a rotational basis

Job Requirements

• Recognised degree in any discipline, preference in Economics or Business Management


• Minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy and planning work. Experience in the health or social care sector will be an advantage.


• Strong sense of intellectual curiosity: Having an awareness of the issues around the world with an ability to network and engage individuals to solicit insights.


• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to translate complex data into actionable strategies.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and facilitate senior-level discussions.


• Self-starter with intellectual humility who can flex as an individual contributor, a peer leader, team player and a manager.


• Highly organised to manage multiple priorities and projects consecutively.
