Job summary

Agency for Integrated Care Pte Ltd. is seeking a professional to support the planning, design, and implementation of Community Mental Health (CMH) services in Singapore.

The role focuses on strengthening Psychiatric ILTC provision, contributing to service development through policy scanning, stakeholder engagement, data analysis, programme implementation, and outcome evaluation. You will identify service gaps, develop and evaluate new care models, engage stakeholders, and help strengthen care

Qualifications

• Degree in a healthcare-related discipline, preferably with mental health focus.
• At least 3 years' experience in healthcare or community care sectors.
• Experience in mental health services or programme design and development.
• Strong skills in literature research, project management, and data analysis.
• Able to multi-task and demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support identification of service gaps and emerging needs through research, data analysis, literature reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development, implementation, and evaluation of new care models and service improvement initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders to gather insights, build buy-in, and support sector planning and development efforts.
• Contribute to the review and enhancement of existing programmes, care models, and sector enablers.
• Analyse findings and develop recommendations to strengthen service delivery and care outcomes.
• Support reporting, project management, and other sector planning activities.

Job description

This role supports the planning, design, and implementation of Community Mental Health (CMH) services in Singapore, with a focus on strengthening Psychiatric Intermediate and Long-Term Care (ILTC) provision.
