Job summary

Selby Jennings is seeking an experienced corporate strategy professional to support senior leadership on organisation-wide planning, strategic initiatives, performance management and long-term enterprise priorities.

You will translate analysis and ideas into actionable outcomes in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, spanning strategic planning and business planning and engaging across functions and governance forums.

Qualifications

• Approximately 6-11 years of experience within corporate strategy, strategic planning, management consulting, corporate development or related functions.
• Demonstrated experience supporting strategic decision-making, planning processes, business reviews or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure complex issues and develop clear recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders across functions.
• Prior exposure to investment-related environments, innovation-driven organisations or government-linked entities would be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities
