As part of the Development Contracts and Cost Control team, you will support the cost management functions and pre and post contract administration of contracts for Changi East. You will be involved in budgeting & cost estimating, preparation of tender documents, tender evaluation reports, progress payments, assessment of change/variation requests and claims related to the project. You will work closely with Project Officers, consultants including designers and quantity surveyors on cost estimates and provide support in the construction funding process. You will provide Project Officers with contractual support to resolve issues with partners and stakeholders such as consultants and contractors.
