LAVISH DINE CATERING is seeking a Sales Manager to lead new business growth, secure clients, and deliver exceptional catering experiences in Singapore. You will strategize market expansion, nurture relationships, and drive revenue through proactive account management.

Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in F&B sales, excellent communication, and a passion for customer service. This is an on-site role at Boon Lay with opportunities across Neo Group's brands.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel & F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 4–5 years of sales experience in F&B / Catering / Hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Passionate about F&B, customer service and sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Establish new sales opportunities through various prospecting channels.
• Develop and grow relationships with new and existing clients.
• Assist clients in event planning, package selection, and menu recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and catering schedules within deadlines.
• Drive revenue growth through business development and account expansion.
• Account for profitability of event orders and operational execution.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain proper documentation and catering records.
• Attend to customer enquiries and feedback promptly.

• Outgoing, self-motivated and independent.
• Class 3 driving license will be an advantage.
• Working location at Boon Lay.
