Qualifications

• A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline; logistics/healthcare exp advantageous.

Responsibilities

Job description

The Interventional Radiology (IR) Resource & Logistics manager functions to support the IR Operations Head and Senior Manager (Logistics) to manage IR facilities and infrastructure, space planning, equipment and IR management / administrative duties.

The job responsibilities include the following:

• Participate and support the IR Operations Head and Senior Manager (Logistics) in project management for IR-related renovations and space planning. Includes liaising with external vendors, internal departments e.g. FD, FME, on renovation projects, etc.

• Coordinate and collate inputs from stakeholders on various room requirements and communicate them forward to enabling departments such as FD, IHIS and FME

• Coordinate and prepare materials for FDSC presentations

• Be part of Evaluation Committee for the renovation and imaging equipment procurement process

• Track implementation of IR workplans and monitors the utilization of approved workplan budgets.

• Conduct and facilitate facilities and infrastructure audit, provide report and propose rectification actions where appropriate.

• Follow-up on unresolved issues that Executives and Senior Associates are unable to resolve.

• Assist in documenting and maintaining follow-up lists to keep track of IR facilities and infrastructure issues to follow-up.

• Oversee of store level consumables supplies for IR. Includes both MMD and vendor items.

• Supervise and troubleshoot inventory system issues while engaging the appropriate stakeholders.

• Serve as User Project Manager for updates and enhancements to inventory systems.

• Oversee IR Resource & Logistics Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager and assigned IR storekeepers to ensure availability of stocks in accordance with norms and good GR practices which are up to date.

• Oversee IR Resource & Logistics Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager when working with Finance for all follow-ups needed on IR consumables GR related issues.

• Oversee IR Resource & Logistics Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager when escalating low PO balances to IR procurement team.

• Oversee IR Resource & Logistics Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager when liaising with vendors to ensure availability of consignment stocks.

• Oversee IR store infrastructure to ensure good housekeeping and to recommend proposed improvements where needed.

• Liaise with Finance for and supervise annual stock take conducted at IR stores

• Oversee and serve as POC and oversee product recall scenarios for IR. To liaise with ALPS and vendors for replacements or reimbursements.

• Liaise with IR Operations Head, clinicians and vendors for IR equipment and consumables on trial applications. Includes coordination with Medical Device Committee for long-term extensions where needed.

• Document and maintain tracking list of all IR equipment and consumables on trial.

• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, audit requirements and regulatory standards.

• Lead investigations of logistics and infrastructure-related incidents and operational issues.

• Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.

• Support departmental audits and accreditation exercises.

• Perform any other duties incidental to the work described herein, as assigned by the Division Chairman, Heads of Departments, Assistant Directors and Snr Managers

Job Requirements:

• A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Qualifications and experience in logistics and supply chain management will be an advantage.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience is required with experience or competencies in healthcare administration, operations management, project management and data analytics.
