Job summary

Singapore General Hospital Pte Ltd. seeks an IR Resource & Logistics Manager to support the IR Operations Head in facilities, space planning, and equipment management. The role covers project coordination, stakeholder liaison, and inventory oversight to ensure compliance and efficient operations.

The candidate will contribute to renovations, procurement evaluations, and process improvements while coordinating with multiple teams and vendors to maintain service levels and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• A recognised bachelor’s degree in any discipline; logistics/healthcare exp advantageous.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in healthcare administration, operations management, project management and data analytics.
• Organised, meticulous and able to follow through on action items.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Support IR Operations Head and Senior Manager (Logistics) in project management for renovations and space planning.
• Coordinate inputs from stakeholders and liaise with FD, IHIS and FME.
• Prepare materials for presentations and committee reviews (FDSC/IR aims).
• Participate in evaluations for renovation and imaging equipment procurement.
• Oversee IR store infrastructure, stock levels and inventory system issues.
• Lead audits, risk mitigation and regulatory compliance activities.
• Document follow-up actions and track IR facilities issues.
• Act as point of contact for recalls, vendor coordination and trials.
