Job summary

SINGAPORE MEDICAL GROUP LIMITED seeks a Manager, Operations to drive the smooth running of our clinics, ensuring timely, high-quality care and safe, efficient, sustainable operations across the portfolio.

You will work closely with doctors, clinic teams and corporate functions to turn strategy into day-to-day results, streamline workflows, raise service standards and improve the patient experience.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in healthcare operations, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards and operational processes.
• Proven track record in budget management, cost optimisation and process improvement.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure; change management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, setting policies to improve productivity and service delivery.
• Track KPIs and allocate manpower and equipment to meet service demands.
• Streamline patient journey, reduce wait times and address feedback promptly.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing, infection control and safety.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate operational risks.
• Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Lead and develop the operations team in collaboration with clinicians and vendors.

Education

As Manager, Operations, you will be the driving force behind the smooth running of our clinics. You will make sure that every patient receives timely, high-quality care and that every clinic runs safely, efficiently and sustainably. Working closely with doctors, clinic teams and corporate functions, you will turn strategy into day-to-day results. You will streamline workflows, raise service standards, strengthen compliance and improve financial performance across your portfolio of clinics. This role suits a hands-on leader who enjoys solving operational challenges, building strong teams and making a visible difference to the patient experience.

What You’ll be Responsible for

• Oversee daily clinic operations, setting policies and procedures that improve productivity and service delivery
• Track KPIs and allocate manpower and equipment to meet service demands
• Streamline the patient journey, reduce wait times and resolve feedback and complaints promptly
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing and accreditation, including infection control, workplace safety and quality assurance
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate operational risks
• Manage operational budgets, the revenue cycle (billing and collections) and cost‑saving initiatives
• Lead and develop the operations team, working with clinicians, support staff and vendors on cross‑functional initiatives

The Experience and Expertise You’ll Bring
