Shift work 8am - 6pm
4 weekdays 1 weekend. 5 days work week

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee the operations and ensure the highest level of care for our dogs. If you are passionate about working with dogs in a positive work environment, we welcome you to join our team. Dog handling experience is preferred. If you do not have prior experience, a willingness to learn the best practices in the dog industry is required.

Jobscope
  1. Managing and ensuring smooth operations on daily to ensure excellent care and safety for all dogs.
  2. Developing and implementing daycare schedules and activities to provide enrichment and fun for our daycare dogs.
  3. Assessing and evaluating dog behavior to create balanced playgroups and maintain a positive social atmosphere.
  4. Handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process for pet owners.
  5. Maintaining the facility's cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards to provide a healthy environment for the dogs.
  6. Overseeing and managing inventory, including dog food, supplies, and equipment.
  7. Training staff members and conducting regular performance evaluations for existing employees.
  8. Monitoring and maintaining records of daycare activities, including attendance and behavior assessments.
  9. Addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  10. Marketing and taking care of social media accounts.
