Job summary

IWA Design in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover, ensuring timely delivery, quality workmanship and cost control.

You will plan schedules, coordinate with clients and trades, monitor progress, manage budgets, conduct site meetings and ensure safety and compliance with drawings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Building, Construction Management, Interior Design or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing interior fit-out projects.
• Able to read construction drawings and understand technical specifications.
• Strong planning, coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently.
• Experience in commercial, retail, office or F&B projects preferred.
