Job Responsibilities
  1. Oversee and coordinate official correspondence, administrative operations, supervisory follow-up, and compliance-related matters.
  2. Serve as the secretariat to the Bank's Executive Committee meetings, ensuring decisions are properly tracked and implemented.
  3. Manage the bank’s records and archives, confidentiality controls, and the administration of official seals.
  4. Handle the day-to-day administration of the branch’s external email accounts, including inbound and outbound correspondence.
  5. Provide logistical, on-site, and virtual meeting support for major bank-wide meetings and events.
  6. Support effective communication and coordination with internal stakeholders and external partner organizations.
  7. Maintain and update the department’s contract management system and internal policies and procedures database.
Job Requirements
  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the banking industry, including at least three years of experience in general management, administration, or official document/correspondence management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree and above.
  • Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability, with a high level of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin so as to understand and write Chinese documents and effectively communicate and collaborate with Mandarin speaking colleagues from Head Office and locally.
