The Ministry of Manpower in Singapore is seeking a Case Management Officer to oversee migrant workers' housing, food and employment-related issues. You will collaborate with MOM teams, other agencies, and external stakeholders to implement case management strategies.
Responsibilities include assessing escalated cases, ensuring urgent matters are addressed, engaging stakeholders, documenting case details, and staying updated with policies.
As a member of the Case Management Branch, you will be responsible for the case management of migrant workers who have housing, food and/or other employment related issues. You will have the opportunity to work with other teams and Divisions within MOM, across government agencies and external stakeholders, not only in case management but also for the periodical review and implementation of case management strategies and protocols.
