Job summary

SUKRAN PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations & Floor Manager to oversee daily and nightly operations across bar service, table and VIP management, and front-of-house workflows.

You will maintain a visible floor presence during peak hours to ensure service quality and resolve guest escalations. You will lead recruitment, training, scheduling, and evaluation of bartenders, service crew, hosts, and support teams, while fostering a guest-centric floor culture and enforcing performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily and nightly operations, including opening and closing procedures, bar service, table/VIP management, and front-of-house workflow.
• Maintain a visible presence on the floor during peak hours to monitor service quality, engage guests, and handle escalations or conflicts.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate bartenders, service crew, hosts, and support teams.
• Build a strong, guest-centric floor culture while managing discipline and performance standards.
• Curate weekly lineups, themed nights, and DJ or performer schedules. Coordinate with external talent, promoters, and marketing partners to drive event attendance.
• Monitor daily sales, control operational costs, and optimize per-head guest spend and table/bar upsells. Manage inventory, stock ordering, vendor relationships, and cash-handling or POS reporting.
• Ensure strict adherence to liquor licensing laws, age verification, and local regulations (such as SFA and NEA guidelines in Singapore). Maintain venue security, emergency readiness, and workplace safety protocols.
