Job summary

Emotional Studio Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Stage Manager to oversee nightly performances, coordinate with performers and crew, and ensure smooth transitions. The role demands proactive leadership, sharp communication, and the ability to handle on-the-fly adjustments.

You will conduct pre-show checks, brief performers on cues and program flow, manage backstage areas, and liaise with technicians to execute lighting and sound cues on time, while maintaining safety and compliance across events.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in nightlife, F&B, or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of Singapore's nightlife and entertainment regulations.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and late-night shifts.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin will have an advantage (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clientele and staff).
