Demolition & Controlled Demolition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Demolition & Controlled Demolition Manager to lead our demolition division.

Primary scope would be controlled demolition works, demolition works and architectural stripping projects.

The role requires not only technical expertise in demolition methodologies and safety compliance but also strong commercial skills to drive profitability and secure new business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage demolition projects (controlled demolition works, demolition works and architectural stripping projects.).
  • Develop and implement safe, efficient demolition methodologies.
  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and tender submissions.
  • Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Lead teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • 8–10 years’ experience in demolition (with controlled demolition exposure).
  • Strong commercial skills in costing, tendering, and contract management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Safety certifications (WSH, NEBOSH, etc.) preferred.
