Job summary

NiKU iKU in Singapore is seeking a Management Trainee to explore Japanese cuisine and leadership in the F&B industry. You will gain hands-on experience in restaurant operations and learn from an experienced team to become a future leader.

Open to career switches; training will be provided. A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred. You must be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and commit to 5 days a week with opportunities for growth.

• Assist with stock management, supplier orders, and inventory checks.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food hygiene, and halal standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries and handle complaints professionally.
• Work closely with team members and assist with training new staff when required.
