Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking candidates for a well-established Japanese F&B company in Singapore.

The role involves assisting in the kitchen, food preparation, equipment setup, and maintaining hygiene and presentation standards in a fast-paced environment. The position requires 1–3 years of relevant experience and a minimum of GCE N Level or higher. The job offers full-time hours with a salary up to 3,000 SGD plus incentives and a variable bonus, or part-time work at 14 SGD per hour.

• GCE N Level or higher education requirement

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in the kitchen according to the required standards.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure the kitchen areas are clean, tidy and organized.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices based on Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Responsible in controlling cost and minimize food wastages.
